The Union City Clinic is the TVHC Flag-Ship clinic. In 1971 this Ninth Street location housed several trailers that provided medical services to the migrant laborers working in the many flower farms within Union City. 

Today, we are in a modern, newly renovated two story structure where we provide comprehensive primary care and psychosocial services to more than 4,800 patients who make an average of 15,900 visits per year, establishing us as a major healthcare provider in Southern Alameda County.

Our philosophy is to treat the patient and not simply the disease. A great deal of effort is put into the integration of Clinical Services with Social Services - underscoring our belief that biological, psychological and even sociological factors can contribute to a lack of good health. A well-qualified staff of bilingual board certified health care providers trained in family practice, pediatrics, obstetrics, and internal medicine are available to meet the needs of our community.

Text Box: Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a special supplemental nutrition program that helps mothers and young children eat well and stay healthy. It serves low income pregnant, post-partum, and breast feeding women, infants and children under five. The TVHC WIC program provides services that also include educational classes, case management, outsourcing, nutrition assessment and a premier support group. At the TVHC Logan Health Center, students receive comprehensive primary care services including well child exams, sports physicals, reproductive health counseling, mental health counseling, health education and after school programs.
